Role Overview
As Head of Marketing & Content, you will own the complete marketing ecosystem for Wykco and all our platforms. You'll create compelling content that educates our market, builds our brand, and enables our sales team to close more deals - all while maintaining strict compliance with financial services regulations. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic thinking, creative execution, and multi-project management excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation (35%)
Develop and execute comprehensive content strategy across all Wykco platforms
Create educational content (articles, whitepapers, case studies) that attracts institutional investors
Produce video content, webinars, and course materials for AxiaOS platform training
Write thought leadership pieces positioning Wykco executives as industry experts
Develop compliance-friendly content that supports reverse solicitation strategy
Design & Creative Production (25%)
Create professional sales decks, pitch materials, and investor presentations
Design marketing collateral, social media graphics, and platform interfaces
Produce course materials, infographics, and educational resources
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications
Create templates and systems for scalable design production
Digital Marketing & Social Media (20%)
Manage LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific social media presence
Execute content distribution strategy across multiple channels
Build and nurture email marketing campaigns and automation
Optimize website content for search and conversion
Track and analyze digital marketing performance and ROI
Sales Enablement & Support (20%)
Create sales materials, one-pagers, and competitive positioning documents
Develop client-facing resources, FAQ materials, and objection-handling guides
Support Business Manager with custom presentations and proposals
Maintain content library and sales asset management system
Measure content impact on sales pipeline and conversion rates
Ideal Candidate Profile
Requirements:
3-5+ years in marketing, content marketing, or creative roles (financial services experience preferred)
Proven design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and presentation software
Strong writing ability with portfolio of professional content creation
Digital marketing expertise including social media, email marketing, and content distribution
Project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
Understanding of financial services compliance and regulatory marketing restrictions (advantage)
Experience with educational content creation, course development, or training materials
Strategic mindset with ability to align marketing activities with business objectives
Self-directed with excellent time management and deadline adherence
Technical Skills:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
Social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
